I am so happy to have you in the CPC class. I know the course can feel overwhelming at first, but once you understand the routine, it will make much more sense.

The AAPC course is designed to be self-guided, which means you will work through each chapter at your own pace. You will also have my live lessons, replays, practice questions, videos, study guides, and office hours to support you.

After watching those videos, begin with Chapter 1:

  1. Read Chapter 1 in your textbook.

  2. Complete the Chapter 1 interactive lecture videos inside Blackboard.

  3. Take handwritten notes and define any words you do not understand.

  4. Follow the chapter task list I provided inside Blackboard.

  5. Complete the practice questions, quizzes, exams, and practical applications as directed.

The most important preparation before attending a live chapter lesson is to:

  • Read the chapter.

  • Complete the interactive videos inside Blackboard.

The remaining assignments can be completed afterward as you have time.

I teach live lessons each week and rotate through the entire course several times a year. You are welcome to attend the lessons for the chapters you need help with or watch the replays later.
